Master Bedroom

Hanging ribbed panels are sound deadening material brought over from a previous residence, not really needed very often (it's a quiet neighborhood) but it does add some thermal insulation.  It will probably go with me however.  Underneath are pull-down windowshades covering insulation panels over the windows for energy efficiency and nightowl optimization.  You will probably want to put up curtains.

Furniture stays with mobile home; electronics like the TV and air cleaner will be sold.

Air mover in the master bedroom for when the temperature outside is nice.  The kitchen window gets opened for flow-through ventilation and air can be moved either in from the kitchen from underneath the lanai roof for warmer air (OUT setting on both fans) or from the backyard which is shady and cool (IN setting on both fans).  Works very well and is a semipermanent installation which stays with the mobile home.

The bedroom air conditioner is less than a year old and has energy saver feature which I set at 85 degrees F when I'm gone for long periods through the summer so that the place never gets baking hot inside, and the electric bill to do so typically only costs around $25.

Wall of closet space, only one of the two openings has folding doors though.
